The smartphone application “TriCalc” (the “App”) provided by KAKARO LLC (the “Company”) respects users’ privacy and complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations. This Privacy Policy sets forth how user information is handled in connection with the App.

1. Information Collected

1. Information Automatically Collected

   The App uses a third-party advertising service (Google AdMob) for displaying advertisements. As a result, the following information is automatically collected:

   • Advertising identifiers: Google Advertising ID (Android), IDFA (iOS)

   • Device information: OS version, device model, screen size

   • App usage information: number of launches, advertisement impressions and clicks

   • Approximate location information: country and region based on IP address

     (precise location information is not collected)

2. Information Stored Within the App

   The App stores the following information only on the User’s Device and does not transmit it to the Company’s servers:

   • Calculation history: results of past triangle calculations

   • Settings information: language settings, angle units, number format, decimal precision

   • Purchase information: whether the Pro Version has been purchased

     (receipt identifiers from the Stores only; payment details are not included)

   • App status: display history of review request prompts

3. Payment Information

   In-app purchases (Pro Version purchases) are processed through the payment systems provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The Company does not obtain or store any personal payment information such as names, credit card numbers, or addresses.

2. Purpose of Use of Information

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

• Optimization of advertisement delivery: to display advertisements relevant to Users’ interests
• Improvement of the App: analysis of usage trends and detection and correction of defects
• Management of purchase status: confirmation and restoration of Pro Version purchases
• User support: responding to inquiries and support requests

3. Use of Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

2. Google Play Billing / Apple In-App Purchase

   In-app purchases are processed through the payment systems of each Store. For details, please refer to the following:

4. Provision of Information to Third Parties

The Company will not provide collected information to third parties, except in the following cases:

• When the User has given consent
• When disclosure is required by law
• When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property

5. Data Storage and Management

1. Data Stored on the Device

   Calculation history and settings information are stored only on the User’s Device and are not transmitted to the Company’s servers. Such data:

   • Is automatically deleted when the App is uninstalled
   • Can be deleted at any time using the “Clear History” function within the App

2. Advertising-Related Data

   Data collected for advertisement delivery is managed in accordance with Google AdMob’s privacy policy and is automatically deleted after a certain period.

3. Purchase Information

   Purchase history is managed by Apple or Google through their respective Stores. The Company only confirms whether a purchase has been made and does not retain detailed payment information.
